Fouad is a seasoned executive, leadership coach, and founder of Darewell. With 15 years at JP Morgan as an Executive Director, he led large international teams and oversaw Deposit & Treasury, Corporate, and Regulatory Reporting.

In 2022, he founded Darewell, helping 200+ managers and leaders in SMEs (20-200 employees) build high-performing teams that drive engagement, innovation, and business growth. Through this work, he realized that while soft skills from leadership training were quickly applied, SME leaders struggled with implementing the right systems—lacking both the tools and time.
